About Us

Pamlico Plantation is a planned community with 283 Lots or Townhomes. We are self managed with a 9 member board of directors. The directors are elected for a three year term and only three directors are elected each year. There is an onsite Manager located at the clubhouse.

The amenities are a Marina, Clubhouse, Pool, The 'Park' including Tennis and Pickleball Courts, Basketball court, and Playground equipment.
