Pamlico Plantation is located in Eastern North Carolina, just two hours from the Outer Banks. It is a planned, gated community in a pine forest, with a marina and easy access to the Pamlico River and the ICW. We are located East of Washington, NC and West of Bath, the oldest settlement in North Carolina. We are self managed and have a nine person board of directors.
