Candied Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients:
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 egg white
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb pecan halves

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
3. Whisk egg white and vanilla until frothy; toss pecans to coat.
4. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans and stir to coat evenly.
5. Spread pecans on the baking sheet and bake 60 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
6. Let cool completely for a crisp, crunchy coating.
